Identify NHD outlets from flowlines

Convert flowline NHD realization to outlets.

find_outlets(flowlines)

Arguments

flowlines	a sf LINESTRING or MULTILINESTRING object

Value

the input flowlines object with geometry changed to POINT objects representing the oulets
